OUR BUSINESS

NIC/NGI Venture Partners, clients and customers include a wide array of entities and types including privately-held and publicly-traded companies, governmental (& quasi-governmental) entities, sovereigns, hedge funds, public utilities, investment banks, international investors/capital providers and global (physical commodity) traders. Our clientele are global.

Drawing on years of experience in international markets, NIC/NGI arranges & establishes viability (oftentimes with ease) in transactions & solutions across a varied range of strategic transactional structuring of private global business ventures and other mechanisms & arrangements (often in Joint Venture) spanning across most major markets around the world. OUR PRINCIPAL

With an experienced principal at our helm, along with the strategic global relationships, expertise and industry knowledge of our CEO, Dr. Dewayne Newton (having earned  a Doctorate in International Business from Overton Graduate School of Business at Liberty University/L.U. [where he shares his expertise as an adjunct professor] prior to earning a Law Degree/Juris Master in International Legal Studies via the L.U. School of Law and receiving an MBA from University of Georgia’s – Terry College of Business, along with a BBA in Real Estate/Finance (from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University), Newton International and Newton Global have become leaders of character in global venture solutions for various challenges, including, but not limited to, private-capital and physical commodity markets. NIC/NGI’s Venture Partners, clients and customers benefit from the in-depth expertise and experience that their principal provides coupled with his “WE CAN” approach to business & economic solutions and problem-solving.

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Many parties, including government and business leaders spanning the globe, have gleaned and benefitted from NIC/NGI’s candid insight and our venture/solution endeavors. NIC/NGI are experienced in private venture engagements (for our sophisticated clients, patrons and Venture Partners) through, including but not limited to, a broad spectrum of arrangements, utilizing both publicly traded and/or private corporate/investor mechanisms. NIC/NGI’s principal also has decades of experience in real estate development & investments along with physical commodity trading/ventures as well. NIC/NGI work diligently to ensure successful financial, venture and trading transactions through understanding our clients, customers, Venture Partners and (Physical Commodity) Traders along with assessing their business goals and objectives, while seeking to deliver rewarding win-win results to/for our customers, clients and Venture Partners worldwide, with satisfaction and consistency.
