Newton International’s is a U.S. based global trading company whose main office is located in the United States (Metro Atlanta-Georgia) and offers clients and JV Partners worldwide a wide-ranging portfolio of products and services. These products and services include the purchasing, supplying, JV structuring, marketing and trading of financial instruments, petroleum products and other various commodities.
OUR PURPOSE
Newton International Corporation’s current primary focus is the acquiring, procuring, partnering, JV structuring, marketing and trading of various commodities (including financial instruments), for itself, JV Partners, Clients and Customers internationally. Our JV Partners, clients & customers include a wide array of entities and types including privately held and publicly traded companies, governmental (& quasi-governmental) entities, hedge funds, public utilities, direct end-users and global re-sellers. Our clientele are global.
We offer & assist our clients, customers and JV Partners the securing and supplying of various commodities (including financial instruments) through our industry expertise and vast global network of relationships with various providers, producers, buyers, sellers and resellers. We strive to provide an immediate and long-term benefit for those with whom we interact and transact business. With an experienced principal at its helm, and the strategic relationships, expertise and industry knowledge of its CEO, Dewayne Newton (Graduate of the esteemed Executive MBA Program at the University of Georgia-Terry College of Business), Newton International has become a leader of character in the global commodities market. Newton International’s JV Partners, clients and customers benefit from the in-depth expertise and experience that its principal offers in sourcing, acquiring, supplying and trading commodities coupled with the “I CAN” approach to solutions & problem solving.
Newton International sources, secures, acquires and supplies various commodities as a “pass-through” for its End-Buyers, JV Partners, clients and customers globally. Newton International works diligently to ensure successful trading transactions. Through understanding its customers, clients, buyers and sellers’ requirements and objectives, Newton International seeks to deliver rewarding results to its customers, partners and clients with consistency.
The company’s current commodity focus is in the area of European Bank Instruments (Medium Term Notes, BG’s & SBLC’s), Managed Buy-Sell (& Trade) platforms/activities, and various Petroleum products & derivatives (Diesel, Jet fuel and Crude Oil).
